Public Records Request
The Acadia Parish Police Jury accepts Public Records Requests in accordance with the Louisiana Public Records Act, Louisiana Revised Statute 44:1 et seq.
Requests submitted through this form must be made by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible to help us process your request efficiently.
Please note:
  • Public records copy fees are assessed in accordance with the Acadia Parish Police Jury Fee Schedule.
  • Payment for copies must be received in advance for all delivery methods other than in-person review.

 

FEE SCHEDULE
The following Uniform fee schedule must be used when furnishing copies of public records requested by the public:

Copy, included records on Preprinted computer reports up to 8½ by 14 inches
$1.00 per one-sided page | $1.00 per two-sided coру

Copy, color, up to 8½ by 14 inches
$1.00 per one sided page | $2.00 per two sided coру

Copy, larger than 8½ by 14 inches
$1.50 per one sided page| $3.00 per two sided coрy

Copy of existing electronic file
$1.00 per one sided paper copy | $1.00 per two sided paper copy

Copy of disk, CD, Videotape, copied Audiotape, Digital Copies/Email (Disk, CK, or tape shall be provided)
$15.00 per disk/CD/Tapе

Actual cost of postage

Administrative Fee
$5.00 up to 15 pages
$10.00 from 16 to 50 pages
$15.00 for 50 or more

Certification of Copy
$5.00 per certification

Viewing of Records hours
No charge during regular office
